Our updated return/exchange guidelines:
Eligibility

Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and must have all original tags attached.

Sale items, accessories, and custom-stitched pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process

Raise a return request via our website or email at ethniflair@support.com.

Customer will bear the return shipping charges.

You may ship the product using any reliable courier service to the address provided by our support team.

Once the item reaches us and passes quality check, your refund will be processed as store credit or original payment mode (as applicable).
Exchange

Exchange available for size or color (based on stock availability).

In exchanges, the customer is required to send the item back at their own shipping cost.
Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us with an unboxing video and clear photos within 24–48 hours of delivery for a quick resolution.

For verified cases, Ethniflair will cover the reverse pickup cost.
Refund Time

Store credit: issued instantly after approval.

Bank/UPI/Card refunds: processed within 5–7 working days after QC approval.
